Dr. Wiesam Essa  - GDC's Director –  and Mr. Rami Abu Ajeen - Coordinator of Training Programs at the GDC- welcomed a delegates from the United Nations Development Programme UNDP, the delegation headed by Ms. Mozna Abumery (Program Manager – Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People - PAPP) and Mr. Tarik Chatat (NGO Coordinator).

Dr. Essa expressed the GDC's appreciation for the visit and the UNDP's eagerness for a mutual cooperation, Dr. Essa briefly shows the GDC's available facilities and discussed  the strategic and the action plans for the coming years on the educational, research and development level with the UNDP's delegation.

Ms. Abumery praised the GDC's objectives and its conveying message, she discussed the ways for future cooperation. Ms. Abumery confirmed the readiness of GDC and its facilities to receive funding support in near future from PAPP.

The delegation's visit comes in the context of supporting the GDC's necessary geospatial technical infrastructure to meet the academic, research and development projects and programmes. In additions to the possibility for job creations programmes - JCP.
