Al-Aqsa University Journal of Human Sciences Got the First Rank in the Arab World
During a press conference, Dr. Kamal Elsharafi, the President of Al-Aqsa University, announced that Al-Aqsa University journal of human sciences was ranked the first among 4000 journals in the Arab world according to the classifications of the Arab Citation and Impact Factor (ARCIF). In the same context, he pointed out that the journal was ranked the eigh in terms of impact factor which is (0.2791) which included 4000 journals issued by more than 1400 scientific and research institutions in 20 Arab countries.
Dr. Elsharafi praised the continuous efforts in achieving such success and indicated that the university should keep going in that kind of success to be at the forefront of the universities. In the same respect, he greeted the researcher and the academic staff of AQU expressing his happiness and pride in choosing Prof. Suleiman Baraka; as one of the world's leading physicists in the IUCN Centenary Program.
Dr. Elsharafi indicated that 2019 will be a new academic period for new PhD. programs which were adopted in partnership with Palestinian, Arab and international universities. In this context, the university president expressed his pride in the university participation mobility programs with European universities.
For his part, Vice-President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Mohammed Salman, indicated that the researcher Prof. Itaf Abu Ghali, the Associate Professor of Psychology at Al-Aqsa University, have got the sixth ranking on 70000 authors and researcher from the Arab world obtained the reference citations within the group of reports Arab Citation and Impact Factor (ARCIF) as the most Arab authors have been quoted research and studies.
