The Deanship of the Quality assurance holds a workshop entitled: '' The Culture of Quality at the Palestinian universities in Gaza Governorates, Restrictions and Solutions", in the presence of the university president Dr. Mohammad Radwan, the Dean of Quality assurance Dr.Yahya Al-najar , the Dean of the Planning and Quality at Al-azhar University  the Prof. Mahmoud Ukasha, the Dean of Quality and Development at Islamic University the Prof. Bassam Asaqa, the Assistant of the director of the Quality Department at Al-Quds Open University Mr. Khaled Qashqash, the Director of the Quality Department at the University of Palestine Mr.Raaf Barka, the Director of the Quality Department at Gaza University Dr. Jomana Shalabi, A representative about Al- Ummah University, and A group of the Academic staff.

At the beginning, the university president Dr. Mohammad Radwan welcomed by the presence, appraised the role of the Deans of Quality at the Palestinian universities which seeks to activate and insert the educational quality at their  different programs and make the strategic plans to apply the total quality.

With respect to, the Dean of Quality assurance Dr. Yahya Al-najar asked that the Dean of Quality assurance  at Al-aqsa university aims to apply the Standards of QualitY. In addition to that the participants spoken about the quality, it's important, Measures, Restrictions and Solutions.

Whereas, the participants recommended by:

1- Make  a general structure for the university to precipitance the application of the quality.

2- Improve the university environment.

3- To concern by the  administrative quality and make Evaluation models.

4- To concern by the quality of programs, curriculum, lecturer and student.

5- Encourage the culture of quality.

6- Make plans to expand the quality culture.

7- Destination a special Budget  for the deanship of Quality assurance to activate their role .

8- Activate the electronic role.

9- State a box for students Complaints.
