With over twenty-five years of academic experience in higher education, Dr. Rania has successfully combined teaching, scientific research, and academic supervision. She has held several administrative and leadership positions, including:
- Head of the Department of Educational Sciences
- Lead of the Development Package in the international "CARE" project
- Member of the E-Learning Committee
- Member of the Academic Quality Committee
Dr. Rania has actively participated in numerous national and international scientific conferences and has contributed to enriching educational knowledge through peer-reviewed research addressing contemporary issues in education and learning.
Her research interests span multiple domains that intersect with the future of education, cognitive development, and sustainability, including:
