Zaher J. Al Haddad
Dr. Zaher J. R. Haddad is an associate professor at Al-Aqsa University in Gaza, Palestine, with a distinguished career in academia and research. He obtained his PhD in Information Technology from the Faculty of Computers and Information at Cairo University in 2016, specializing in advanced IT systems. Since joining Al-Aqsa University in 2002, Dr. Haddad has been an integral part of the Computer Science Department and has also taken on leadership roles, serving as the dean's assistant at Al-Aqsa Community College from September 2017 to 2019 and the assistant of vice university president of academic affairs since 2019 till now.
In addition to his academic duties, Dr. Haddad has made significant contributions to the field of cellular information security. His research includes numerous publications that explore cutting-edge technologies in secure communication. Among his prominent works is a certified study titled "Secure and Uniform Handover Scheme for LTE-A Networks," which addresses key challenges in network security and the seamless transition of data across mobile networks. Through his ongoing research, Dr. Haddad continues to contribute to advancements in the field of information technology and cellular networks.
